Art and Design lecturer

I have been a practicing and exhibiting artist since graduating in 1978. I began my artistic career as a painter, worked through sculpture in exhibitions in Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester and Stoke on Trent. I returned to painting once I could no longer fit all the 3 dimensional work into my house. The reintroduction to print (I did it at A level and during my degree) was caused by my employers need for some one to teach in the new print facility at the Sheffield college. So for 4 years I went to Falmouth for the summer school. I opened my own print workshop last September and have a steady stream of artists working with me. Some are complete beginners, some exprienced printers pursuing their own ideas and I have been working with one artisst in preparation for a big exhibition.
