Northern Shaolin Kung Fu
Our main Shaolin Kung Fu course teaches traditional and authentic Shaolin Kung Fu. In this two/three year programme you will learn much more than just a martial art. The course will cover many aspects of both internal and external Shaolin Kung Fu including; Shaolin Forms, Fighting Applications, Tan Tui, Self Defence, Qigong, Tai Chi, Weapons and the Northern Shaolin Gates.
Chen Style Tai Chi
Our Tai Chi course can be taken as a foundaton class to learn the basics or as a full two/three year programme. We mainly teach Tai Chi for health, relaxation, stress reduction and as preventative health care but we can also teach the self defence / martial aspects to those that are interested. In our courses you will not be asked to just perform a random sequence of movements but will learn background information and gain a detailed understanding of Tai Chi and Qigong principles and philosophy.
