Rachel Hawes

Hatha Yoga and Antenatal Yoga and Yoga for mums and babies teacher

Rachel Hawes | Hatha Yoga and Antenatal Yoga and Yoga for mums and babies teacher

I went to my first yoga class as a child and have been teaching since 2005.

I come from a Viniyoga background and teach a flowing style of yoga, ideal for anyone. I use the rhythm of the breath to energise the yoga practice and incorporate asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation into my teaching.

I believe that yoga is for everyone and integrate people from all walks of life into my classes, regardless of level of flexibility or fitness.

I specialise in teaching pre- and post-natal yoga and yoga for children
