I am a Theta Healing™ Teacher, Advanced Theta Healing™ & EFT Practitioner, Angel Therapist and Reiki Master. I also teach Theta Healing EFT, Angel Workshops/psychic development and meditation in group settings.

My work is a bridge between Psychology and Spirituality, combining the efficiency and effectiveness of each subject, I am passionate about helping people and providing them with the tools they need to move forward and live the life of their dreams.

BACKGROUND

I have always been interested in the big questions of life, and from an early age had a huge desire to help people and the world.

I began my professional healing career working in mental health, going on to graduate in BSc (Hons) Psychology, as a Carer for the mentally ill and as a Assistant Psychologist for a NHS Community Mental Health Team. Whilst helping people felt right, I longed for ‘something more’, I soon found myself at a local Buddhist Centre, and the world of healing opened up to me.

INTUITIVE ABILITY

I really began to develop my intuitive abilities by sitting in a Spiritual Development circle for a number of years. It was here that I developed my understanding and communication with spirit guides, the angelic and elemental realms. I went on to study Tarot and Intuitive ability at the College of Psychic Studies training with the renowned Diana Cooper and Sarah Cox. I have been giving intuitive readings for over eight years now.

EFT

I came to EFT as a client searching for a solution to internal conflict. Working daily with EFT since 2003, I have seen and experienced phenomenal change. My own transformation inspired me to train in this discipline, teaching others that which I have learnt myself. EFT & IET are profoundly healing and empowering and I believe that my experience as a client directly informs my work as a practitioner. In 2008 I completed a Diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques (IET) adding NLP and Hypnotherapy to deepen my practice further.

INTEGRATED PRACTICE

I now combine my Psychology background with my intuitive abilities, working from a Psycho-spiritual perspective, I am also a Theta Healing™ Teacher and Advanced Practitioner. Believing that the best teachers are also students, I am a current student of The Advanced Satvik Energy Therapy Course (http://www.satvikenergytherapy.com/EnergyTherapyCourse.aspx) A Course in Miracles and The Work of Byron Katie.

PERSPECTIVE

I believe that we all have powerful intuitive and creative talents, that we are born with these gifts ready within us, but they need a safe and nurturing environment in which to unfold.

I believe that we can all lead amazing lives, filled with love, laughter, creativity and abundance; that we can all step through past hurts into forgiveness; that we can fulfil our potential and realise the wildest of our dreams!

By listening to and developing a dialogue with God and the universe; by examining and releasing outdated fears, traumas and beliefs; and by tapping into the power of the unconscious mind, we can be clearly guided to take steps to find our life purpose and to help one another and the world in beautiful and wonderful ways.

A WEEKLY SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT COURSE (6 WEEKS)

We each have been given the fantastic tool of intuition, and by developing and deepening our relationship with our intuition, we improve our relationship with ourselves, our environment and with God.

Exploring a range of healing modalities and exercises, this course will deepen your awareness and develop your confidence in your intuitive abilities. Sessions will explore work with Angels & Ascended Masters, pair-work, hands-on healing and reading work, and work with tools such as psychometry, card readings and listening exercises. By the end of this course you will feel confident to open and close yourself energetically; stay grounded whilst connected, and give short readings. If you are wanting to develop your intutition, this is the class for you!
