I started my journey in 1984 when I first discovered Hatha Yoga. Having gone through my own personal challenges it was yoga that eventually helped take me in the right direction.
Because of the many benefits and life enhancing skills that I acquired over the years, I was inspired to train as a yoga teacher and now make it my life purpose to share this wonderful gift of Hatha yoga with others.
During Group Sessions participants would develop an awareness and understanding of their own spiritual potential and development. In addition they would gain a deeper understanding of themselves and how to live more peacefully in the world around them.
Students will learn how to improve flexibility, develop strength, and understand their own limitations within their physical yoga practice. Additionally, they will gain understanding of how to use the breath not only for bringing the body into deep relaxation, but also for purifying and energising.
