I have been practicing Yoga for 25 years and teaching Yoga for 14 years. Completing several Yoga training courses including with the F.R.O.Y. (Friends of Yoga) and Yoga of Heart. I teach in Haslemere & the Surrey / Hampshire / Sussex areas at various venues, health spas, retreat centres & for Age Concern

Yoga has changed my life and is the foundation of everyday living for me and I greatly enjoy sharing my understanding of Yoga with others through teaching. Yoga is an ancient practice that helps to create a sense of union in all aspects of mind body and spirit, leading to feelings of inner peace and well being. The postures (Asanas) breathing (Pranayama) and mind discipline (Pratyahara) help bring greater awareness to breath and inner workings of body / mind, creating harmony and balance to body / mind and everyday life.

Yoga is very adaptable and beneficial for all, whatever level of fitness and ability. Yoga can be modified or made more demanding.

I have also been practising as a spiritual healer for 25 years, I love meditating, Yoga philosophy and spiritual practise associated with Yoga. I have attended various healing / meditation courses, retreats and self awareness workshops & programmes.I Have also qualified as an aromatherapist & a massage therapist.
