Hi,
I am a qualified Ashtanga and Pregnancy Yoga teacher, having trained with Brian Cooper in edinburgh and completed the YTTC pregnancy yoga training.
Ashtanga is a dynamic and challenging yoga that tones and strengthens while increasing flexibilty and mental focus.
Pregnancy yoga is a modified yoga class that takes into account the changes that occur in the body during pregnancy. It will develop strength and increase flexibilty to help the mum to be during pregnancy, labour and beyond.
