Sarah Anderson is a REPs Level 3 personal trainer in Stevenage who believes that we should exercise in a way that promotes a healthy, toned and functional body.
Having graduated from both NASM and CHEK, Sarah understands exercise physiology and human movement allowing her to challenge and define her clients' bodies through the use of free weights, kettlebells, TRX and kinetic chain assessment. From weight loss to post-natal fitness, Sarah works with a range of clients in Stevenage both in their homes and at the gym.
Sarah is currently studying towards her CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 2.
"I believe that anyone can change their health and fitness given the right support and knowledge. I love helping clients to realise what they can achieve. I work with clients from 16 years old and my oldest client is 82!" In her spare time, Sarah can be found jogging and road-cycling around Stevenage and Herts.
