As a new mum you probably find it difficult to make time for yourself. You may have a sore back or stiff shoulders, and haven't had much sleep lately.
Mummy Yoga can help you to improve your posture and flexibility and relieve some of your post-natal aches. You will learn breathing techniques and take time to relax with your baby.
A fun and creative activity that stimulates children's imagination, improves their flexibility and teaches them to relax. 2 and a half to 7 year olds combine exciting adventures such as Space Missions, Pirate Ships, Animal Rescues and Ocean Dives, as well as learning total relaxation techniques.
First class is free. Come along and give it a try - your kids will love it and you just might too! If you'd rather sit it out, you can just chill out with a cuppa and a biscuit instead.
