Sarah MCSP MSOM FEA qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 from The University of Liverpool. Sarah has gained vast experience in the NHS and private physiotherapy clinics specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy including Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, Hydrotherapy and Occupational Health Services. Early on in her career she also qualified as a pilates teacher and in 2007 she opened `The Physiotherapy Centre` in Liverpool that specialises in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy & Pilates based rehabilitation. At the clinic, Sarah manages a team of physiotherapists and pilates teachers.
Sarah is passionate about pilates and regularly teaches matwork, pilates equipment based sessions and pre & postnatal pilates to her own clients. Sarah also presents and teaches courses for APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute), world leaders in Pilates Training.
