I am a co-tutor on the Let's Sing A Musical course at Morley College of Adult Education.
Pimlico School - Singing Teacher
I have taught singing at Pimlico School (ages 11-18) for seven years and I hope to continue with my post there when the school becomes a City Academy in September 2008.

How long does it take to learn to sing?
How long is a piece of string? This question is impossible to answer, as it depends upon the individual student - their level of experience and confidence, their age, their voice type and the amount they are able to practice.
Public Classes
Let's Sing A Musical Summer School
Spend two weeks rehearsing for a semi-staged concert of music from popular musicals. Some opportunities for solos. No
audition – just a modest amount of choral experience required.
This is a summer school course for adults, offered as a taster for the 10-week courses that run in the Autumn and Spring terms.

Private Teaching
Singing Lessons
One-to-one singing lessons, ages 12 to adult. All styles of singing and all levels of ability taught, from beginners to advanced.
Vocal techniques, breath support, interpretation and performance presentation. Music theory up to Grade 5 also taught. Audition coaching, singing exams, performance opportunities, or just learn to sing for a bit of fun.
Audition coaching for non-singing actors a speciality - preparation for drama school singing auditions and professional actors' singing calls.
THE SMALL PRINT
Lessons cancelled or missed by the student, giving less than 24 hours' notice, will be charged for in full.
Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled at no extra cost to the student.
Tuition fees are non-refundable.
If students arrive late, the lesson will still finish at the original appointed time, and the full fee will be charged.
