Yoga for Wellbeing
This kind of class is aimed at improving the health of most everyday people who are generally healthy - even if you are currently unfit!
This is an easy-going class that is suitable for all levels of ability and experience, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. We will do some movement practices and breathing or meditative practices, and finish off the class with a lying relaxation practice.
The overall aim of Yoga for Wellbeing is to gradually improve your overall mental, emotional and physical wellbeing over a period of time, reducing the impact of stress in your life. Everyone in these classes is encouraged to move at their own pace, doing every practice at a level appropriate to their own body's needs.
