Practicing and involved in Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 35 years beginning in London in the early 1970's. Teaching Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi in the manner of Yang Zhen ji and Yang Zhen Duo (studied intensively with both members of the Yang family).
Teach the Traditional Yang Repertoire of Barehand Form (108), Sword, Sabre, and Pushand Drills. Classes and seminars around the UK and overseas.
Teaching workshops in Eternal Spring Qi Gong, a subtle spiritual Taoist system from the Song Dynasty. Workshops available internationally.
One of the UK's high profile teachers, recently was voted as an honoury Vice President of the Tai Chi Union of Gt Britain.

Traditional Yang Tai Chi Beginners Class
This class will focus on learning the first part of the Long Form, plus breathing exercises, relaxation, correct body alignment, partner work, and an introduction to the Tai Chi principles as layed down by the Yang Family. The classes are friendly and relaxed and you will learn at your own pace. Everyone welcome!
