Background
After attending & qualifying as a life coach with the Coaching Academy in 2005 I opened my own business, Life 4 Living Coaching. I am a licensed NLP Practitioner, Confidence Coach, Group Trainer and EFT Practitioner.
I have previously presented workshops with WiRE (Women in Rural Enterprise) on their Opening Doors programme working with women who wish to start their own business and have worked with West Mercia Probation Service and the NFU.
I also work as part of the Wellness team based at the Wildmoor Spa in Stratford upon Avon (voted as No 1 Day Spa in the country) working with clients on a one to one basis.
I am passionate about helping people to reach their potential and I am committed to ensuring my clients achieve positive results and strive to improve my performance through continual personal development.
On a personal note, I have spent many years overcoming illness and limitations but have remained positive and determined throughout and this outlook on life enables me to empathise with people who often need insight and understanding to help them move their lives forward.
