A fully qualified and insured yoga teacher who offers small classes in the Truro area of Cornwall.

With experience in Astanga, Iyengar and Anusara, I compeleted my teacher training with the Devon School of Yoga in 2008. I have also trained with both the British Wheel of Yoga and in Anusara with Bridget Woods Kramer.

My classes are fully inclusive, incorporating warm-up, sun salutations, posture work, breath focus and relaxation.

I am also available for one-to-one tuition.
