Simon Marchant-Jones
Sensei Simon is a JKA Qualified Instructor and third dan black belt. He first studied karate at Leeds University in 1974. In 1976 he moved to London and joined the renowned Marshall Street dojo of the late Sensei Enoeda until 1982 when he rested until 1999!
In 1999, aged 45, he re-commenced training and gained his first black belt in 2003 under Sensei Ohta, Chief Instructor of the JKA in England, passed the second dan in 2006, and third dan in 2011.
Sensei Simon is a chartered accountant and treasurer of JKA England. He is registered with the UK Register of Learning Providers no. 10027871 and has enhanced CRB disclosure.

THE SMALL PRINT
I have a karate club in Harpenden. I teach children in an after school club at Wood End Junior School, Harpenden, on Thursdays at 3.30 pm. Adult training is on Tuesdays 7 pm to 8.30 pm and Thursdays 7 pm to 8.30 pm in Harpenden. Beginners and Juniors (under 12) lesson is 6-7 pm on Thursdays. See our web site for details.
