We provide a step by step introduction to yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). The weeekly classes work from simple to more complex, from easy to more difficult routines, depending on the needs of the participants (to relax and distress, to improve fitness, balance and flexibility, expand awareness etc). A large variety of workshops and traing provided during the year.
