I have worked for over 21 years with brands from across the globe;
from award winning retail environments to re-energising fashion
and lifestyle brands.

I began my career at the Conran Design Group, here I worked on a range of high profile retail and environmental projects including the British Pavilion at Expo 92 in Seville and the Paris flagship store for couture house Lanvin. Working directly with Sir Terence Conran to create the identity and brand image for his restaurant portfolio. which became a defining moment in shifting the restaurant experience in the UK.

I later joined FutureBrand the agency that helped to revolutionize the high street with retail concepts for Next and store within store concepts for Marks and Spencer, Tesco and Wedgwood. I also creatively led the British Airways account defining a new look Club Europe and Club World offer, encompassing the whole customer experience.

In March 2007 I joined the Nitro Group as a founding member and Creative Director of Brand strategy and Innovation. During this time I have been responsible for the creative lead in the global repositioning/rebranding of Kraft Foods and creating
a new retail experience for the Volvo Car Corporation.

I have been a visiting lecturer at Central St. Martins School of Art in London within the department of Fashion Communication and Promotion working on live client projects. and as a visiting lecturer for design degree (1st,2nd and third years) students at both Kingston University and the University of Derby.

I am keen to offer my experience and skills in the conceptual and idea creation in communicating through visuals, multi-sensory designed elements and aesthetics regardless of application.
I can work on a one to one coaching basis or a wider group/workshops etc.

I can offer skill in transforming a brief from words and concepts into imagery and execution. My ability is to use the ‘traditional’ method of design using drawing and hand skills as well as to use computer generated imagery to seamlessly create a design ‘story’ in words, pictures, collage/mood board or final artwork/execution. I’m ideally suited for any challenge in which a high degree of conceptual thinking, artistic and aesthetic interpretation is required.
