I run regular hulahoop workshops for friends in Hackney and am opening them up to anyone who would like to join. I sometimes run a make your hoop workshop before the hooping workshop, you would get to make your own hoop (I provide materials). The workshops are on Thursday nights in clissold park but I would consider doing 1-1 workshops or having another workshop session on Fridays.
I would also like to teach people frisbee skills for ultimate frisbee or just the enjoyment of throwing and catching a frisbee.
Another skill that I can swap is cooking indian food :)
