Yoga is a beautifull tool to become aware of your body and in touch with the world.
It can help relieve stress and make you feel stronger yet relaxed.
I teach yoga in London, privately and in group classes.
I like to focus on the breath,alignement and like to make the class and the movements flow.
The classes are more or less dynamic depending on the group/person. I will tailor the sequences to your individual needs.
I am fully qualified with sun power yoga school, Yoga Alliance 200h.

Group Classes
Beginners- Intermediate course
For people who have already been to a yoga class but are still at the beginning of their practice.
Learn proper postural alignment and proper breathing, let movement and breath flow together to create a strong, energising yet meditative and deeply relaxing practice.
Each class will have a specific focus and you will be able to deepen and feel more confident with your own practice.

Yoga
The drop in class is open to ALL LEVELS. The class is based on the classical postures and teachings of Yoga. Sequencing is included to let movement and breath flow together. The class is generally quite dynamic at the start to calm down near the end. Alternatives to each postures are demonstrated so you can practice at your own pace.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring some water and a mat if you have one. Try not to eat 2h before the class, if you do try to have a light snack such as a piece of fruit.
