Hello, my name is Ted Constant and I have been teaching Tai Chi for over 20 years.
I have developed and taught creative therapy programs (Chi Kung) to special needs children at the Montreal Association for the Blind and Layton Hall for over 11 years,
as well as to teenagers in one to one private classes.
My special needs students have experienced great success through my classes and this ultimately has had many positive effects on all members of their families.
My teaching goals are to enable students to become more aware of themselves and their environment through a series of breathing, relaxation, balance and coordination exercises, all which help students develop a stronger focus of sensitivity and awareness, something they have never truly felt before.
