Thomas Evans

I am a friendly and enthusiastic Clarinettist and Saxophonist based in Manchester. I am currently entering my final year of undergraduate study in Clarinet Performance at the Royal Northern College of Music. I reached ATCL Diploma Distinction standard on the Clarinet before I came to Music College as well as gaining Grade 6 Piano, Grade 7 Saxophone, Grade 7 Recorder and Grade 6 Music Theory.

I have taught privately for several years, both absolute beginners up to advanced players with ages ranging from 6- 45. As part of my on-going professional development I recently took part in teaching observations with Rochdale Music Service as part of my degree course at the RNCM. I also have some experience in the coaching of clarinet and wind sections for both orchestra and symphonic wind bands.

I am able to teach from my home in Manchester or at pupils' homes. I am willing to travel to surrounding areas of Manchester including but not limited to Oldham, Rochdale, Bolton, Stockport.
