Tony is a qualified yoga teacher, training with the Inner Yoga Trust, which is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga. He taught classes in East Kent for five years and is now teaching on a one-to-one or small group basis.

He tailors his teaching to the wants and needs of the individual and is very keen on encouraging men to use yoga in their lives.

He has an outdoor sport (a qualified mountain leader) and health and fitness background and uses his yoga to enhance these pursuits for himself.

Students can also take the opportunity to go on guided country walks with Tony - this enhances the spiritual and physical benefits of their yoga practise.
