I have practiced and studied yoga for over a decade in London, India and California.
I have and continue to practice with lesser known - but truly inspirational - and well known teachers, my favourites include Leela Miller, Jonathan Monks, David Swenson, Dharma Mittra, Sarah Powers, Danny Paradise, Michael Fukumura, Max Strom, Jason Nemer, Bhava Ram - all of whom have informed & inspired my teaching greatly.
My classes in London range from chair yoga for the elderly and after school yoga club for kids to dynamic hatha styles for everyone in-between.
Currently 35 weeks pregnant, I am available for 1:1 or private group pregnancy and post natal yoga.
