Originally from Denmark I have lived in the UK for more than 20 years and qualified as a yoga teacher from the British Wheel of Yoga in 2011.
I aim to teach 'from the heart' - with compassion and understanding for each student's individual needs and goals. De-stress and re-energise, improve your physical and mental strength and flexibility and find renewed harmony and happiness in your everyday life...
Group lessons at a number of venues - small classes and one-to-one sessions in Chaldon or in your own home.
You will always find a friendly, warm and relaxed atmosphere and you are welcome whatever your experience or ability.

Yoga - Edenara
The class is run by Edenara but non-members are welcome. A fairly gentle class both relaxing and invigorating, suitable for all including the elderly or students suffering with ailments.
