I've been working in personal development for sometime now. I've been using NLP to coach and develop people in my working life, many of whom have gone on to achieve great things like promotion, work life balance and having greater levels of confidence.
My style of teaching is open and inclusive, I like to share stories and encourage my students to do so too, though there is no pressure to do so. I aim to take learning beyond all the science and theroy to provide my students with a practical experience.

1.1 All delegates must inform us of the date of their chosen event within 14 days of their booking. Failure to do so will result in the booking being deemed a cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited.
1.2 All delegates must commit to a payment plan. Failure to do so within 14 days of paying your deposit will result in all outstanding course fees becoming immediately due.
1.3 Travel expenses, accommodation, meals and refreshments are not included in the course price.
1.4 If you wish to cancel a booking, we must receive written notification by post and a cancellation fee of 25% of the course fee will be charged, rising to 100% if we receive written notification less than 14 days prior to the start of the course booked. You must also return or reimburse Openblue NLP LTD to the full ticket price for any bonuses and course materials received with the purchase of the course.
1.5 In the event of a missed payment, all outstanding course fees are immediately due.
1.6 Should a course be cancelled or withdrawn due to circumstances beyond Openblue NLP LTD’s control, you will be entitled to transfer to an identical course commencing within 12 months of the date of commencement of the cancelled event.
1.7 In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with the course by last day of the event, a full refund can be obtained. Delegates who obtain full refunds must return or reimburse Openblue NLP LTD to the full ticket price for any course materials and bonuses received with the purchase of the course.
1.8 The optional certification fees are due by the end of each event. If certification standard is not reached this fee will be refunded within 28 days of the end of the event.
1.9 Specific event content may be subject to cancellation or alteration.
1.10 Speakers may be subject to change or cancellation.
1.11 All bonus items and course materials will not be made available until we are in receipt of at least 50% of course fees.
