Vlad Ivan

I'm Vlad, 28 years of age and I have been playing guitar for 12 years now. I can teach both electric and acoustic guitar. In 2009 I started a music degree at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance. There I have gained good knowledge and experience in a wide range of areas such as Sight Reading, Techniques, Improvisation, Harmony and Theory, Aural and Transcribing, Live Performance and History of Popular Music. In present moment I play in a duo called Acoustic Marble. This is a great opportunity for me to apply the skills aquired during my degree in live performance situations. I can cover several styles of music from Rock, Metal, Blues, Bossa Nova, Jazz, Fusion and Acoustic. Prior to my degree here in the UK I also went for a degree in Music Technology back in Sweden, where I come from. So, for further knowledge in the field of recording, mixing and production I can provide the students with those type of skills as well.
