8th Annual Summer Tai Chi in Victoria Park, Pendle

Lighthouse present their 8th Annual Summer Tai Chi in Pendle Parks. The first event will begin with an opening ceremony followed by free tai chi at 2pm on the bowling green behind the café. The following Fridays will be tai chi only at 1.30pm.

To join the follow along sessions, just come along and try it. You can do as much or as little as you wish. David & Helena from Lighthouse Tai Chi® are professional instructors who work for Pendle Leisure. No previous experience required. Participation is at your own risk. All ages and abilities are welcome. Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult

The events are free and is sponsored by Pendle Borough Council, The Marsden Building Society, Seb Wilcock Groundwork Specialist & Pendle Leisure Trust, with support from the Pavilion Café, Lighthouse Tai Chi students, and public donations.
