This is our second year of free tai chi in this beautiful park in Rossendale.
Enjoy the fresh air, the fabulous views and try tai chi with Lighthouse. To join the free follow along session in the park, just come along - do as much or as little as you wish.
David & Helena from Lighthouse Tai Chi® are professional instructors who work for Rossendale Leisure. The event is free and is sponsored by Seb Wilcock Groundwork Specialist, Rossendale Leisure Trust, Lighthouse Tai Chi students, and public donations.
No previous experience required. Participation is at your own risk. All ages and abilities are welcome. Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
