Exam Excellence

Use breathing, awareness and physical techniques taken from Tai Chi and meditation and combine them with coaching to reduce worry, circuling thought, physical symtoms of anxiety and nerves before, during and after exams. Coaching increases self belief and gives techniques to perform your best, revise your best and maintain a positive attitude however well (or under) prepared you feel.

  • I teach from home (or a fixed venue)
  • I travel to students

£35 per hour if you come to me, from £50 per hour if I come to you
