£40 per session or 5 one hour sessions to be taken over 5 weeks - £150.

ALIGNMENT YOGA - BEE HEALTHY...
Precise yoga sessions emphasising core strength & postural alignment to stretch tight muscles, mobilise stiff joints, strengthen weak muscles & support weak joints to bring you to a healthy balance of strength & flexibility.
Beneficial for muscular back, neck & shoulder problems, hypermobility, mild injury rehabilitation, stress or sleep issues. Suitable for all levels of fitness & flexibility.
DYNAMIC YOGA - BEE FREE...
An intermediate vinyasa flow yoga session, using the system of Dynamic Yoga as developed by Godfrey Devereux whom I have working with for over 10 years. (see www.windfireyoga.com for details). Suitable for fit & healthy people who want a safe physical challenge that tones as it heals. Simple but powerful ulolas (wave like, repetitive movements) are used to strengthen weak muscles, stretch tight muscles, mobilise & support joints to bring us out of unhealthy habitual patterns of movement. These are developed into dynamic, flowing sequences of postures to tone the body & relax the mind.
Unsuitable if you are pregnant, or have any serious medical problems or injuries.
CHAKRA YOGA - BEE YOURSELF...
Yoga based around the chakra system of self enquiry. Over your 5 weeks of sessions we will explore the 1st 5 chakras, which correspond to the 5 elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Space. Using posture work (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), Chakra meditations (shakti sadhana), lovely long relaxations to bring you to a more intimate and enjoyable relationship with yourself. If you want to go further, you can book another 2 sessions to delve into the final 2 chakras for £30 each.
Suitable for anyone wanting to go deeper into their experience of yoga & themselves.
