In this session the student will experience immdediate benefits from natural breathing which often has to be relearned.

Using the ground, gravity and the breath deeply held tensions will be enabled to release safely, so that the structure can reintegrates and movement expresses itself more freely throughout the body.

The power of Attention allows us to witness and resist the urge to change anything so that any change takes place by itself as a natural consequence of releasing habitual patterns that have served their purpose and are no longer relevant.
