Pilates one - to - one sessions
I am a fully qualified, trained and insured Pilates instructor, with over 5 years of experience. I love teaching Pilates as it is such an effective and envigorating exercise.
Pilates increases your strength (especially in the core - your tunny and your back) your muscle tone, your flexibility and your concentration and relaxation levels. It is mainly mat-based and can help in rehabilitation of many back problems/injuries.
A one-to-one class enables me to adapt exercises to suit you, it will provide a tailor made exercise programme specific to your needs and requirements.
