Private Yoga or Mediation classes

I offer private one to one and small group classes for either Yoga or meditation (or a class which combines both - they work very well together).
One to one or small group classes are the best way to focus and develop in your practice because as we tailor the class directly to your needs.
They can be as often as you like, eg. taken once or twice a week, or as an occasional monthly session to support your ongoing practice.
