Yoga

My core teaching style is vinyasa yoga - a fluid, flowing sequence of yoga postures linked by the breath. I also integrate elements of restorative yoga to bring balance to the body and breathing practises to still the mind.
However, classes are completely tailored to the individual's needs and requirements. Before teaching I take a medical history, if relevant, and discuss objectives e.g. managing stress, losing weight, improving back pain, developing an existing practice.
The one-to-one sessions allow students to explore different aspects of the practice and change objectives as skill and experience develop.
