A personal yoga treat

Some people do not like classes and only want to have one-to-one sessions. Some feel they are not good enough to join a class! A few sessions of one-to-one will give all the confidence you need. Or if your life is very busy and you have no time to go to a class, then one-to-one will be great for you. It can be in my studio, your home or even at your work place. I can work around your schedule instead of you working around other people's.
One-to-one yoga enables you to gain a better knowledge of the standard of your practise. I can correct problems that have arisen in class that may have gone unnoticed. One-to-one stops you practising your mistakes.
