Come along for a taster lesson and see how being calm and relaxed is far more powerful than tense and muscular.

We are very lucky in Bristol to have two female teachers, so we're a great class for ladies wishing to learn self defence.

Are classes teach Ki, through special exercises that enable you to see how your are progressing. Rolling, we do not break fall. Self defence techniques through Aikido. Meditation, to cool down and return to your centre (hara).
