Level of physical activity is tailored to you, I can teach from a traditional perspective, or a western scientific perspective. The key thing is to allow you to tap into your intrinsic energy, develop your awareness, and ability to balance your physical, emotional and energetic resources and requirements. This is a very accessible and pragmatic approach.
