One to one classes are ideal for anyone just starting their Yoga/Pilates or if you would like to learn further how to develop your practice.

I can adapt the class to be either Pilates/Yoga based - consulation will include specific methods to suit your body - ideal esp if you have any injuries/ailments or just prefer some time to yourself rather than a group class.

I am fully qualified and insured incl. pre and post pregnancy all details

All levels welcome.

  • I teach from home (or a fixed venue)
  • I travel to students
