My lesson starts with a brief relaxation and breath awareness. We then move on to the Sun Salutation,in a traditional manner or adapted if you require. I teach the Pawanmuktasana series, and asanas which will stretch and strengthen, with a strong emphasis on the use of the breath to move in and out of poses safely and with awareness.The class finishes with a guided relaxation, pranayama or breathing exercises and a guided meditation.

I am straing a course to teach Yoga Nidra in January, which I hope to eventually add to my repertoire of relaxation techniques.

Rate is for local lesson, for one hour and a half. Add £5.00 for lessons outside the TW8 postcode.
