Individual yoga lesson
Location:
An individual yoga lesson tailored to your needs. An hour and a half of nurture and care for you and your body, leaving you feeling invigorated and refreshed.
We can focus on breathing and relaxation, flexibility in particular parts of the body, or ways to help you find a general sense of well-being through yoga.
Over a number of lessons we can develop a sequence for you to learn and practise at home on your own, helping you make the benefits of yoga part of your everyday life.
