Yoga incoroprates the whole being, the physical..... allowing the body to unwind and release tension, the mental...... by bringing peace and stillness into the mind, removing the neverending cycle of thoughts, known as the 'chattering monkey mind' and by allowing us time to search for the spiritual side of our being.
The lesson or course of lessons can be tailor made to suit your business and the needs of your staff.
Lunch time sessions available or bookings are taken to incorporate a session into one of your training days or corporate fun days, as areward to your staff. Prices available upon request.
