Though everyone can benefit from One-to-One sessions, no one benefits from it more than beginners.

Learning the foundations and correct alignment of postures are so vital at the early stages of a lifelong practice to not only protect the body but to highlight the element of self-awareness.

In a busy yoga class a teacher can’t always give a beginner all the attention and the correctional adjustment they need. With One-to-One sessions a student is able to learn the full Ashtanga Primary Series and also benefit from learning how to do all postures correctly and more importantly the correct modification, if needed, that suite their requirements.

A student is able to learn at the own pace and in the comfort and privacy of their own home if they don’t feel ready to participate in public class situation.


Non-beginners too can benefit from One-to-One sessions. Deepen you practice and work on those more challenging postures or work on specific needs.

Depending on availability, lessons can be arranged during the week or at the weekend, including daytime and evening bookings
