These introductory sessions are ideal for individuals who wish to find out more about Personal Training.

This introductory session is designed to help you find out how personal training can help you to improve your lifestyle.

Your lifestyle will be reviewed and we will discuss and identify how we can help you to become more active in a way that fits fitness into your lifestyle for a better way of life.

There may be some activity involved so do wear clothing suitable for the gym or jogging and training shoes.
