Scaravelli Yoga is ideally taught one-to-one, so that individual adjustments may be made.

Emphasis is on how your body is moving into a pose, and not on the goal of a 'shape in space'

Noticeable 'improvements' are progressive, and are by-products of how your awreness develops.

Simple poses offer opportunities to practise the release of big surface muscles, so that a network of core muscles may grow.

When you can't release tension in a pose, it is better to come out of it and move back in a different way, than try to hold it rigidly.
