General sessions consist of warm-up/loosening, practise of various Qi Gong/Chi Kung excercises, Silk Reeling and standing posture practice and Tai Chi form (Chen forms: 11 step (Beginner) 18 step (intermediate) 83 step (advanced); weapons at appropriate skill level including Sabre, Straight Sword and Guan Dao
