Flute, Piano and Music Theory Lessons Available

Students of all ages and abilities are welcome, including absolute beginners as well as post-Grade 8 advanced students. If you are parent, wanting to introduce your child to music, I provide initial lessons which are fun and informative. If you are an adult, having always wanted to take up an instrument - it is never too late! Anyone, any age can learn to read music, and I will help you learn exactly what you want, whether it is classical, pop, rock or jazz. Previous students have ranged between the ages of 7 and 75! I can provide training for exams (GCSE, A-Level, ABRSM or Trinity/Guidhall) as well as for auditions for orchestras or conservatoires. Previous students have been awarded places in conservatories, such as the RSAMD. I also offer either simultaneous or separate music theory lessons (to Grade 8 level), for students that want to enhance their music learning further.
In my lessons, I aim to create a relaxed, student-centred environment, where I invite the student to be as inquisitive and creative as possible. My lesson fee is £17 for a half hour lesson or £30 for an hour lesson, or if the lesson is in your own home my lesson fee is £22 for a half hour lesson and £35 for an hour lesson.
