This class is for the person who cant train or does not want to train with a group. It is ideal for unfit people and also for the plus size person too shy to train in a group setting. The class incorperates kickboxing moves also cardio work and toning work with weights or body weight resistence. Core work and abdominal work is a plus in this class.
