This is a FREE introduction to home-cheesemaking. The lesson includes a practical session where you help me make some surface-ripened Camembert-style cheese. It's really very easy! And remember, cheese+friends=love! (A small donation to help cover my costs is appreciated!)

I provide the kitchen, the milk and most equipment - (if you need to bring something, I'll supply you with an equipment list beforehand).

You learn how to heat the milk, add the starter culture and rennet, cut the curds, hoop the cheese, then I give you further instructions for draining, salting, storing and turning the cute little cheese that you get to take home.

If you're really keen, I'll also assist you to purchase more specialist equipment to start making your own cheese, in your own home.

*Bonus: You receive instructions to make ricotta too!*
