Practical session where I help you make a batch of Camembert style cheese in the comfort of your own kitchen. It's really very easy!

This course is more expensive because I supply the milk and all equipment, you just provide the kitchen. I can also help you to purchase your own cheese-making equipment if you think you'll be making more cheese in the future.

You learn how to heat the milk, add the starter culture and rennet, cut the curds, hoop the cheese, then I leave you with further instructions for draining, salting, storing and turning the cheese.

*Bonus: You learn to make ricotta too!*

(Tip: To keep your costs down, bring a friend. I won't charge you any extra)
